Borussia Dortmund trainer, Otto Addo per reports, has agreed to a new deal with the Ghana Football Association to continue as the Black Stars head coach until the end of the year.
Early this year, the Talent Developer, was named the new coach of the Ghana senior men national team after the jettisoning of Serbian gaffer, Milovan Rajevac who led the country to it worse ever AFCON campaign early this year in Cameroon.
He joined on a short term deal to lead Ghana in the playoffs where he managed to seek 2022 World Cup ticket over sworn rivals and neighbours, Nigeria having drawn with them in both Kumasi and Abuja but qualified on the advantage of the away goal rule.
According to the latest speculations in the local media, the Ghana FA has reached an agreement with the Signal Iduna-based outfit to extend the contract of the former Black Stars star and it confirms he will lead the team to Qatar.
Ghana has been drawn in Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea and two time champions Uruguay in the upcoming Mundial
The biggest global football event is set to commence on November 21, later this year.
