Central Expo Committee Receives GH¢40k Support From Atlantic Lithium

A mineral exploration organization, Atlantic Lithium has presented a cheque of GH¢40,000 to the Central Expo Committee at the Central Regional Coordinating Council (CRCC), Cape Coast following a sponsorship application.

Receiving the donation was the Chief Director of the Central Regional Coordinating Council, Mr. Kingsley Agyei Boahene on behalf of the Central Regional Minister, Hon. Justina Marigold Assan and Central Expo Committee expressed their heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Abdul Razak, a Geologist who together with the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Mfantseman, Hon. Ike Lord Ennu presented the cheque worth GH¢40k on behalf of the management of the Atlantic Lithium for the kind gesture and assured to put it into proper use.

He further disclosed that, the Atlantic Lithium during the celebration of the Fathers' Day also sponsored the programme with an amount of GH¢30,000.

The Regional Coordinating Director, Mr. Kingsley Adjei Boahene thanked them for honouring their sponsorship invitation and advised the committee to work hard together for the success of the Districts, bring out the potential and uphold the name of the region at large during prospecting and while looking up to meet the needed requirements to begin the mining process in the near future.

He also assured them that he was willing to support them in any best ways possible to bring their objectives to fruition. He then tasked them to work with the Central Expo Committee.

Mr. Agyei Boahene also pleaded with the Management of the Atlantic Lithium to mount exhibitions and engage the media for the people within the catchment area to understand their activities.
