A group calling itself Concern Commercial Drivers at Accra-Kumasi station branch in Mankessim in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central region has urged not to stake any ticket and shall crash any authority who tries to do things under duress.
According to them, they are worried about the condition behind the whole issue that, they are leaving in an unclean environment, hence, vowed not be pay any amount to the station masters.
They lamented that, "it sometimes takes more than a month before the garbages are collected and that mostly happens after we strike. We're tired of these things."
The drivers further added to collect the garbages by themselves but warned to crash any authority who try to force them to stake the ticket.
"Why should we stake the park tickets while the money acquired does not use for its purpose?" they quizzed.
Speaking to AfricaNewsArenaGh.com, the Number three (3) GPRTU branch Vice Chairman of the Mankessim-Accra-Kumasi station, Mr Maxwell Kweku Baakoh also confirmed the problem has been rampant nowadays, hence, the drivers have warned not to pay park tickets following tomorrow.
