The Black Stars of Ghana in it's preparation towards the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations is in to know its qualifying group opponents next week, as group stages draw is slated to hold on Tuesday 19th April,2022.
The draw as confirmed by CAF is said to be conducted live at the SuperSport studios in Johannesburg (South Africa) at exactly 17h30 GMT (5:30pm local time).
Ghana having a respectable Twenty Three (23) time appearances in the African showpiece and winning the competition in four(4) respective occasions, drawing out five(5) times as runners-up will be looking forward to make it to their 24th AFCON berth and probably proceed to clinch on to the ultimate, as when last the country won the competition dates back 40years ago in Libya.
The Black Stars of Ghana prior to the 2023 AFCON which is officially scheduled to kick-start next year in Cote D'Ivoire is presently in serious preparation towards the upcoming Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup scheduled to commence later this year in November, having been drawn to a fiercely trickish group consisting of Europe's footballing giants Portugal, Uruguay and Asia's super power South Korea.
