The Youth of Gomoa Abora near Apam in the Gomoa West District of the Central Region led by Mr Kofi Atta, has punched against their current Member of Parliament, Hon. Richard Gyan Mensah and Nana Akufo-Addo's led administration.
The Youth of Gomoa Abora have given the current MP and Government just
a month ultimatum that, if they do not hear from them over their abandoned Teachers Training College which was started in the Former President John Dramani Mahama's administration since 2014 up-to-date and has been left uncompleted for it to rot.
Mr. Kofi Atta, the Youth's leader said, "we are giving MP Hon. Richard Gyan Mensah and NPP government just one month and after the one month if nothing is done, we will hit the street all over the Gomoa West Constituency with massive demonstration.
We are reminding them before it is too late and failure to hear from the authorities over the abandoned Teachers Training College at Gomoa Abora within one month, shall face our wrath".
Moreover, some of the residents of Gomoa Abora also shared their views on how this abandoned Teachers Training College is affecting them in terms of Economic development in the community.
"In fact, we the citizens of Gomoa Abora are giving the MP and NPP administration just one month ultimatum to complete the abandoned project else we will hit the street against them with our wrath".
Reaching the 'Odzikro' of Gomoa Abora, Nana Kwesi Amaah stressed on some of the challenges that needs to be addressed apart from the abandoned Teachers Training College also lamented on the poor road network, unavailable CHPS Compound, among others.
