QUALITY EDUCATION CAN'T REDUCE POVERTY WHEN THERE IS NO JOB IN THE COUNTRY - NTIM FORDJOUR TOLD

The Concerned Youth in Baifikrom in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region have expressed their views on the issue of using quality education to aliviate poverty in Africa.

According to them, they disagree with the statement made by Hon John Ntim Fordjour, MP for Assin South Constituency that, "the only way to eradicate poverty is to provide quality education in the continent..." He made this statement at his alma mater when he was donating to some selected schools in his constituency.

The Vibrant Youth said, they are disappointed in the nation's education because it does not go in line with job opportunities and ready jobs after completion of a stressful education.

They further their points with the fact that job creation rather will help aliviate poverty instead of education.

They said, the nation should create more job opportunities that will help the working force to get job opportunities.

The youth emphasized that, "if there is more job in the country poverty can be expelled..."
