Reigning Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak have suspended striker Kofi Kordzi for what the club terms as violation of his contract.
The club has suspended the bulky striker for the next fourteen days for participating in a match without the permission of the club.
Whiles Hearts of Oak were playing in the semi finals of the MTN FA Cup against Dreams FC, the giant striker was out there playing in the Ramadan Cup without the permission of the club.
He will in the next fourteen days train with the Junior team of Accra Hearts of Oak, Auroras.
An official statement from the club read: “Following the violation of his contract, the management of Accra Hearts of Oak has with immediate effect suspended striker Kofi Kordzi for a period of two weeks.”
The striker has been having rough times at the club as he had a clash with his coach earlier in the season but it was quickly resolved.

Meanwhile, the player following his suspension has shown remorseful character with a writ of apology to the club, accepting his fault which necessitated him being sidelined by Rainbow outfit for the next fourteen (14) days.
