"I'm Happy For Positively Impacting The GPL" - Sulley Muntari

Former Black Stars but currently Hearts of Oak midfielder, Sulley Muntari has expressed his outmost gladness for being positively impactful on the Ghana Premier League so far since making a surprising return into the league.

The ace footballer joined the current Ghana league champions Hearts of Oak in the middle of the season, making five appearances for the phobians so far and have since won the heart of many football loving fans in the country, as most of these fans are hooting for his call up into the Black Stars squad in Ghana's double legged World Cup playoff clash against Nigeria. 

Speaking after his outfit's 2-1 victory at home over a struggling West African Football Academy side, netting his first goal from the spot in the process for the phobians said;

"The reception since joining Hearts of Oak, which is such a big club here in Ghana has so far been great, as the supporters are also doing things right so far"

"As there are indeed other senior players who paved the way for my return to the league to be possible, like Bro Leryea and Godwin Attram" 

"But I'm very happy for putting impact to the league since my return," he expressed.

Sulley Muntari in his prime as a footballer featured for big clubs like AC Milan, Udinese, Sunderland, Pescara and Portsmouth, and formed an integral part of Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan side that won the Ueaf Champions League in the 2009/2010 season.
