This year's celebrations was a memorable one as people beyond the catchment area joined the programme making it a successful one.
Reaching the Bamuhen of Ekumfi Nanabin, Nana Obosu XIII applauded the Management of Coastal 94.9FM for such kind gesture. He futher pleaded that, whoever have been blessed should support the less privileged and vulnerable people in our societies, not only during this festive season but all the time.
"The riches in the Central region should come together and emulate what Coastal 94.9MHz has done to deal with the poverty situation in the region."
The Guest Speaker of the occasion who is the National President of United Nations Association - Ghana (UNA-GH), Bishop Dr. Peter Kojo Sackey used the opportunity calling on the government to use the donor agencies and countries monies for its purposes.
The Member of Parliament for Mfantseman Municipality, Hon. Ophelia Mensah Hayford, Abeadze Traditional Council, True Way Church of Jerusalem led by Prophet C. K. Acquah, Deliverance Assemblies of God, among others supported the programme with clothes, sneakers, shoes, sandals, bags of rice, assorted oil and drinks, and other assorted items.
In an interview with the General Manager of Coastal 94.9MHz, The Pride of the Coast, Mr MK Ato Brown also pleaded with the guardians to do same to the less privileged and vulnerable wards as they use to do to their children to receive the generational blessings of the Most High God.
Some of the beneficiaries after the programme also expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the management of Coastal 94.9FM and the supporters of the programme for such kind gesture, seeking God's shower of blessings upon their lives.
