(PHOTOS): NATIONAL CHAIRMAN, OTHERS STORM ASSIN NORTH CONSTITUENCY

The National Chairman of the great opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) - Hon Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo led the NDC delegation accompanied by Hon James Gyakye Quayson Jnr to the Assin North Constituency. Hon Sherry Ayittey - National Vice Chairman, Captain Joshua Akamba - National Organizer and Lawyer Sammy Gyamfi - National Communication Officer, Comrade Brogya Genfi - National Comm Bureau Member, Comrade Eric Adjei- Deputy Bono RCO and Comrade Mark Takyi Banson - Deputy National Organizer of Proforum are the other national officers who were part of the entourage.

It was a triumphal entry as the Chiefs, women, youths and all stakeholders in the Constituency met them from Assin Akonfudi and escorted them through the principal streets of Assin Bereku before converging at the Assin Bereku Community Center. 

According to the National Chairman, Hon Quayson and the NDC are poised to pursue all available options be it legal, political or whatever to ensure the will of the good people of Assin North as demonstrated on 7th Dec 2020 is respected and upheld.

All Central Regional Executives led by the Chairman - Hon Lawyer E. K. T. Addo including all Assin North Executives led by their Chairman - Comrade Felix Benefoh were present and actively involved. All the Assin Stakeholders particularly Noble Dr Richard Asiedu, Hon Samuel Ambre, Comrade Daniel Nartey, Comrade Anyirator, among others were present and are fully behind the Hon Joe Quayson Jnr to succeed.

Hon James Quayson Jnr has filed an appeal to overturn the Cape Coast High Court ruling but Assinman assured him of their unflinching support.
