Rastafarians In Central Region Jubilate Over Achimota-Court Ruling (Video)

Following the Human Rights Division of the High Court presided over by Justice Gifty Agyei Addo, ruled that the fundamental human rights of two students cannot be limited by the rules in question.

Rastafarians in the Central Region are well pleased with the court decision to admit students with dreadlocks at Achimota Senior High School as they jubilate in a grand style.

In an interview with the Central Regional Rastafarians' Chairman, Jah Eddy Bongo, he emphasized that, they have been vindicated now, there must be no discrimination, we are one people but different culture and thanks to Jah for His support throughout the court proceedings especially the media, the Human Right Lawyers, the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the Ghanaians at large.

Jah Eddy hinted that, 'our hairstyle shows we are purely Africans; Rastafarians are international recognized and anyone who want to walk with God in a righteousness manner must not shave his/her hairs as he quotes scriptures.

"Mark it on the war, Tyron Iras Marhguy and Oheneba Kwaku Nkrabea will be the face of the Achimota School in their time as we are hoping that, they are going to be one of the contestants of National Maths and Science Quiz and crown as winners", he added.
