C/R: 6-Year-Old Child Found In Road Pothole At Fetteh Kakraba

A boy child believed to be 6years old has been killed and dumped in a road pothole behind Fetteh Kakraba Sapoto by unknown assailants in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

This new development brings the area's assassinated reports recorded to a total sum of five within a month.

According to report gathered, residents in the area wake up to the atrocious deed in the early hours of Tuesday November 1, 2022 only to see the lifeless body in a pothole in a middle of a road.

It's believed the child was killed and dumped there.

It will be recalled that a 58 year old woman and a Nigerian national were equally killed at the same Fetteh Kakraba.

Assembly Member for the Buduburam- Fetteh Kakraba Electoral Area, Lott Arthur in an interview with Accra-UK based Rainbow Radio reporter Eric Annan remarked, five persons within one week have been murdered in his electoral in a worrisome situation.

Lott Arthur lamented, he together with Chiefs within the community have turned to become useless in the sight of the Buduburam District Police Command since the officers doesn't have vehicle for patrol.

He stated the 6-year-old boy in the same manner was killed by unknown assailants, hence called on the IGP to come to the aid of Fetteh Kakraba else criminals will kill all his people.

The body of the deceased has however been deposited at the Police Mortuary for autopsy and preservation.

Meanwhile, police are on a manhunt for the suspect as no arrest has been made so far.
