The NPP Violently Killing Nine People To Win Election 2020 Will NEVER Repeat Itself Come 2024 - NDC Nat'l Secretary Hopeful Accusingly Assures

National Secretary hopeful and Director of Elections for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah has vehemently highlighted his party will never take it lightly on anyone who will by any dubious means try to shatter their political ambition of assuming power come 2024, as the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) did to them in the country's immediate past general elections.

According to him, the NPP as a political party in their quest of maintaining power in the 2020 general elections, out of violence killed nine (9) persons to claim victory in some constituencies like Tarkwa-Nsuaem, Techiman South, Sefwi, Zabzugu, among others; which by so doing together with the help of the Electoral Commission (EC) necessitated their victory in Ghana's previous elections.

The former Youth and Sports and Deputy Minister for Local Government said all these at the final funeral rite, observed for the party's deceased Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem (KEEA) Women's Organizer, Madam Mabel Quayson on Saturday 1st October at the Elmina SSNIT Flat which attracted the presence of astute party members like the NDC's National Deputy Secretary, Mr. Peter Boamah Otukonnor, Madam Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman and the country's immediate past president, Mr. John Dramani Mahama.

"NPP in 2020 amid all the efforts we (NDC) pulled, killed nine (9) people before they could win the general elections by forcefully snatching from us the seat of some constituencies like the Techiman South, Tarkwa-Nsuaem, Sefwi and Zabzuggu constituencies with guns," he said.

"The EC is hereby advised on its dubious plot levelled against the NDC which saw to it that we lose the 2020 elections should dare never to repeat itself. As a matter of fact, whosoever that will malign such atrocious thievery in the mind to befall us again come 2024, when setting of from the house should bid a nice farewell before stepping out," he vociferously told Accra-UK based Rainbow Radio reporter Eric Annan.

He however cautioned the NDC as a party never to allow itself be caught in the web of complacency at this crucial stage with swollen-headedness in assuming a hands down victory over the NPP prior to the 2024 general elections, but advised them to put in steadying effort to ensure the party is finally re-elected to power before any merry making or whatsoever can proceed.

Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah in conclusion depicted that the ultimate present the NDC as a party can give to console the departed soul of their beloved Women's Organizer (Mabel Quayson) is to only but to win the 2024 elections as she ever wanted before her painful demise.
