Asamoah Gyan Can’t Be Like Roger Mila, I’m Against His Black Stars Comeback – Alhaji Grusah

Black Stars management committee member Alhaji Karim Grusah is against Asamoah Gyan’s World Cup ambitions.

The all-time top scorer last month reiterated his desire to participate in the upcoming World Cup despite not having played for the Black Stars in over three years and not being active in over a year due to injuries.

But according to Grusah, Gyan’s inclusion in the Black Stars squad will be a major problem.

“If the coach invites him, there will be a problem. Baba Yara did not play at the World Cup. Osei Kofi did not play at the World Cup so Gyan should realize that he has done his part,” he said.

“I’m against Asamoah Gyan playing at the World Cup because he claims we scored a soft goal against South Africa, if we hadn’t scored the soft goal, would we have qualified?” he quizzed.

He added, “He can’t play at the World Cup. He can’t be like Roger Milla."
