PRESS RELEASE: Amoana and Dehyina Families Call For Atta Mills Body At Cape Coast

The Amoana and Dehyina Royal families of Ekumfi Nanabin and Cape Coast respectively have urged and are calling on the government to bring the body of the Late President Prof. John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills for reburial at Cape Coast.

According to the two families, how some Ghanaians and the government are disgracing the Late former President Atta Mills is uncalled for, adding that they are unhappy about the circumstance, therefore, showing their displeasure.

They are appealing to the government to immediately allow them to exhume the body for reburial before they spark their wrath.

"Asomdwee Park is not the hometown of our royal son and looking at the dignities who have passed away like JJ Rawlings, Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur and others are not buried at Asomdwee Park so government should take notes of that seriously and it's a must to claim the mortal remains of our royal for reburial," the release stressed.
