2022 WC Draw: Ghana Pairs Portugal, Uruguay & Korea Republic In Group H

Ghana will seen to battle it all out later this year in November where the most anticipated world showpiece is slated to come off, having been drawn in Group H against European giants Portugal, Uruguay and Korea Republic after the draw held in Qatar (Doha) later today.

The West African football giants who are in for their fourth berth in the continental showpiece will look forward to redeem it's footballing image having missed out in the previous edition of the World Cup held in Russia, following the country's waste spale in its 2014 World Cup appearance, after been eliminated in the group stage after making a name for itself in it's debut appearance in 2006, reaching the round of 16 and repeating an upgraded performance in form in it's second appearance in South Africa 2010, where the shocked the world by reaching the Quarter Final stage only to be eliminated painfully by then Diego Folan's Uruguay on penalties.

The Black Stars in it's drawn group will be expected to go in for a reverge on both Uruguay and  Portugal respectively, having watch Uruguay prevent them of being the first African country to reach the World Cup semis in 2010 after their elimination on penalties at the Quarter Final stage, while Portugal piping them in their last group match in Brazil 2014.
Ghana will first play Cristiano Ronald's Portugal in it's first group game before playing Luis Suarez's Uruguay, then crown it all with Son Heung-Min's Korea Republic.
