Nana Beyin Wins Cema 22 Radio Male Newscaster Award

Broadcast journalist with Obrumankoma 100.7MHz at Mankessim, Nana Beyin Jnr has won the Male Radio Newscaster of the Year award at the just ended Central Media Awards 2022 (Cema 22) night for the second time themed: "Revealing, Acknowledging and Awarding Excellence in media." 

The reigning Radio Newscaster of the year for Local Language beat 11 strong newscasters to emerge winner.

The 4th Edition of the Central Media Awards came off Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Toppiard Event Centre - Cape Coast was organized by E-Zone Networks.

Nana Beyin Jnr who also doubles as the Morning Show Host of Obrumankoma FM competed with the following news anchors: Prophet Dr. Lapiito - Call FM, Dasebere Kofi Banafi - Nap Radio, Eric Benyi - Ewutu Radio, among others.

The Central Media Awards 2022 (Cema 22) recognizes, celebrates, and rewards the contribution of personalities with exemplary vision in shaping the future of Ghana’s media industry especially Central region.

Cema 22 is exclusively designed to bring together all personalities in the Radio, Print, School, Television industry in Central region and this annual event is to also drive the media to strive towards excellence in their total output.

Nana Beyin Jnr in an interview with AfricaNewsArenaGh's Adom Nanaa Odiasempa Savvy expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the organizers, management of Obrumankoma FM, Nana Beyin Jnr Fan Base, GHANAB Media College and to all those who prayed and supported him to be emerged as the winner.
