Youngster Samuel Abbey-Ashie Quaye, has rejoined former club Great Olympics after a short spell with Swiss Super League giants FC Basel.
The 20-year old Attram De Visser winger left Ghana at the end of last season for assessment with the Swiss giants but has now returned into the country after failing to secure a deal at the St Jakob Park.
The youngster returned to Ghana and will return to his former club.
Great Olympics, on Monday, unveiled the highly rated winger after he signed a short-term contract which will tie him with the club until the end of the 2021-22 season.
Samuel Ashie Quaye was outstanding last season for the ‘Dade’ outfit and also played a vital role in helping the Black Satellites clinch the Africa Youth Championship in Mauritania early last year.
Great Olympics lost to league leaders Kotoko over the weekend and are currently lying 7th on the league log with 22 points.
He is most likely to feature against regional rivals and champions Hearts of Oak in the Ga-Mantse derby this Sunday.
