Municipal Chief Executive of the Mfantseman constituency of the Central region, Hon. Ike Lord Ennu has disclosed that, engineers have totally failed Ghana as a nation in terms of development.
This statement was made known in an exclusive interview with Nana Beyin Jnr the host of Obrumankoma 100.7MHz 'Anopahemaa' Morning Show in Mankessim.
According to him, Ghana has not progressed as expected to be because of how the engineers have decided to plan about its future.
"Any country that has developed depends on the laid down plans and development by the engineers not politicians," he emphasized.
Stresseing on the traffic situation in the Mfantseman municipality especially Mankessim added that, diversion of roads have nothing to do with development of a community as people say.
"Can you imagine, how is it possible for a commercial town like Mankessim to have a single lane? An international road that link about four countries. Dualization or overpass will be the best option."
He urged to strengthens security, sanitation/health, education and business matters in the municipality by the help of the constituents.
Mr Ike Lord Ennu further added that, driving is one of the discipline professions in the world and will make sure to put in place proper measures for the welfare of the drivers in the municipality.

Do we pay taxes to engineers? If you take huge sums of money from them to award contracts, how do you expect them to work?
