FGC Through Rev Prophet Oppong Foundation Donates To Orphanage Home

Fountain Gate Chapel praise pastures Techiman head pastor through prophet Oppong foundation as part of its commitment and corporate social responsibilities has once again made a donation to Peace Christ Church (PCC) Home located in Nkoranza in the Bono East region.

The head pastor for Fountain Gate Chapel (FGC) Praise Pastures, Rev Juliana Oppong, and coordinator for Fountain Gate Chapel International, some members of the FGC visited the orphanage home on Saturday, December 25, 2021 to present the assorted items which included: stationary, toiletries, bags of rice and cooking oil, lunch packs, soft drinks, cooked food, undisclosed amount, among others.

The Late Rev Prophet Oppong Emmanuel has partner the PCC home for the past 12years and after his demised, the wife took it upon herself to continue with the good works the husband was doing in PCC home in Nkoranza.

Handing over the items, Rev Juliana Oppong, reiterated that the periodic donation by her late husband and herself formed part of its corporate social responsibility initiative to give back to society in a bid to cater for the welfare of the vulnerable.
She added, "Iand my husband are part of the Board Members of the house and as in the past as people of God takes the plight of the less privileged at heart."

The Director of the home, Dr. Albert Trangan who received the items, expressed gratitude for the gesture and assured that they will use the items judiciously to enhance their living conditions.

He disclosed that, the home has be there over 30years, with disable and metal ill children made up of street children and orphans, adding that they have been able to sponsor some of the children in their education. “We now have an average of over 100 children”, he added.

Dr. Albert Trangan appealed to churches, corporate organizations, and philanthropists to also come to the aid of the children.

The international coordinator of FGC, Rev Emmanuel Forson also pleaded to individual cooperate bodies to support these unprivileged persons in society.

He urged the workers and the director  of PCC home to focus on the welfare of the children very seriously.
