Regardless of the existence of many pedestrian walkways at the Kwame Nkumah Interchange, some pedestrians choose to cross the road at a dangerous section, thus risking their lives.
As the photo shows, not even the presence of an MTTD police officer, checking on commercial drivers could deter them.
