Political Activist Emmanuel Abankwah Kesse popularly known as Olumanba has refuted claims by the Majority that the Speaker of Parliament was one-sided in the just ended budget voting.
According to him, "how can a man who could halt parliamentary proceedings and wait for some of the Majority members to be present be partial?"
He said, the Speaker of Parliament is neutral and not one-sided because he could have started the voting process without waiting for those of the majority members who were not present.
He has also advised the Majority to render an unqualified apology to the Speaker for disrespecting him by staging walkout.
