Minister Of Transport Warns The Consultant, Contractor & Others To Stop Chasing School Girls

Honourable Minister of Transport, Mr Kwaku Ofori Asiamah has pleaded and warned the consultant, contractor, and others not to take the school girls in Mfantseman Municipality for granted.

This statement was made in his encounter upon in interactions and consultations with the Stakeholders as he officially introduce them in order to start a New Landing Site and Facilities at Abandze in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region.

According to Hon. Kwaku Ofori Asiamah, it has come to his noticed that, most of the Consultants - Mr Richard Mann, Contractors, among others immediately they have been assigned to a specific task, they take an advantage of impregnating the ladies in that area, most especially those schooling, which has resulted most of them dropping out from school.

Hon. Asiamah promised to strengthens security matters in the area, hence emphasized that, 'a Police Station to be built at Abandze'.

Hon. Minister of Transport by the facts he has gathered, pleaded and warned the Consultant, Contractor and others of the New Landing Site and Facilities at Abandze to desist from such act in the Mfantseman Municipality because the  Central Regional Minister, Hon. Justina Marigold Assan, MCE, Hon. Kenneth Kelly Essuman and the Member of Parliament, Hon. Ophelia Mensah Hayford including himself are 'mad' in empowering girls' development.
