Sinapi Aba Trust Supports Over 145 Apprentices

Sinapi Aba Trust, the parent company of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans has distributes over one hundred and twenty (120) materials, tools and equipment to Youths Apprenticeship Program.

According to the Branch Manager of Mankessim in the Mfantseman Municipality of Central Region, Mr David Obeng said, through corperate responsibility and initiatives of Sinapi Aba Trust has provided the materials, tools and equipment that an apprentice will need to begin his/her training.

Sinapi Aba has selected 150 people for the Youth Apprenticeship Program but one hundred and two (102) of them have received their items and the remaining 48 in no distant date will be called in the office since the items has arrived at Cape Coast.

The beneficiaries received Hairdressing tools and equipment, Carpentry, Tailoring/Seamstressing, Electrical, Maison, Aluminum fabrication materials, tools and equipment, among others.

Reaching the Branch Manger, he stressed that, Sinapi Aba Trust, the parent company of Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans since 2003 started this project and over thousand (2,000) people across the globe have benefited and after the three years (3yrs) training and graduation, they give a loan with low interest to be paid in instalment to support the apprentices establish their own firm.

The Parents, Masters, Madams, and the beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Manager, organizers of the program and the workers of Sinapi Aba Trust at large for such kind gesture as the promised to work harder to achieve their aim and aspirations to the initiative.
