GOMOA WEST ASSEMBLY DISTRIBUTES OVER 7,580 SEEDINGS TO GOV'T INITIATIVE 'GREEN GHANA PROJECT'

Ecosystem restoration and Green Ghana Project has boost the moral of Gomoa West District Assembly as over 7,588 seedlings has been distributes to the good people of Gomoa West District in collaboration with Member of Parliament for Gomoa West Constituency in the Central Region.

Speaking to the media, the District Chief Executive for Gomoa West, Hon Bismarck  Baisie Nkoom advised the beneficiaries of the project to make sure they regularly check up and water every two or three days in order for the trees to sustain in future.

According to Hon Bismarck stressing on the agenda, he said, 'we will not plant only seedings that do not bear fruits. In face two,  we will make sure to plant those that bear fruits to the consumption of humankind'. 

Moreover, Gomoa West District has a two face, those in the coastal areas and that of the farmers benefited from Green Ghana Project.
