COURT ORDER TO RETAIN NKUSUKUM CHIEF

Cape Coast High Court has ordered to retain the Chief of Nkusukum Traditional Area, Nana Beeyin III.

Speaking to the Gyasehen, the spokeperson of Obaatan of Nkusukum Traditional Area, Nana Amoah II, he emphasized that, they were satisfied with the court ruling and that was the Justice ruling.

        

Nana Amoah II also stated that, anyone who is claiming of being the Chief and Gyasehen aside Nana Bayin III and Gyasehen Nana Amoah II is fake with respect to the Court ruling.

There has been a fine of GHC 5,000 which the complaint should pay to the Obaatan of Nkusukum Traditional Area.
