AMENFI EAST UNDER GOVERNMENT PUNISHMENT

Drivers and passengers ploughing Wasa Saa through Wasa Abrokyire Krobo have expressed greater worry to the government over a situation they describe as a punishment from the government and authorities in charge to the natives of Wasa Amenfi East District.

The citizens described this as highly punitive and unfair as poor construction roads entangled the people in the Wasa Amenfi East District.

This was disclose to Acquah Solomon Kobina of africanewsarena.blogspot.com when the road leading to Wasa Akoreso through Wasa Abrokyire Krobo was closed by a towing car with a registration number AW 153 - 09.

They  said in a clear way that, one of the major problems confronting the citizens of Wasa Amenfi East District is poor construction of roads.

''I have never seen this kind of bastardized road ever since I was brought into existence and we have been complaining to authorities in charge but nothing else has been prevailed", Mr. Kofi Daadzi lamented.

Reaching Mr Jacob Akuka a driver, popularly known as "No Shaken", he also reveals that, "it always seems unfair and very terrible looking at the current state of Ghana and its poor construction of roads in the rural areas especially Wasa Amenfi East District of which we are always among of the highest producers Cocoa in the country", he emphasized

"Stop chopping our money because the needs of the citizens (Ghana) is what matters the most. You have been begging for our votes but forgetting to accomplish the promises you made; Wasa Amenfi East is at the verge of collapse, arise you politicians if you are still at your sleep or slumbering for we are suffering from poor roads and have regretted to partake in the upcoming election if this situation remain same", Madam Olivia stressed.

They are therefore appealing to the President Nana Akufo Addo and his NPP government to immediately turn to their aid to curb the canker.
