VGMA: Ebony takes the Ultimate Award

The late Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, Ebony of Rofftown Records has been crowned the 2018 “Artist of the year” taking away three awards.

The awards which was received by the Parents and the Manager, Bullet includes “Album of the Year, Afro-Pop Song of the Year and the ultimate awards “Artist of the year” alongside Songwriter of the Year –Bullet with the hit “Maame Hwe”.

The 2018 Ghana Music Awards took place at the Accra International Conference Centre.

The show kicked off with a red carpet hosted by Aj Sarpong and Johnnie Hughes.

Hosts for the show are John Dumelo and Berla Mundi.
